Your deliverables
What to create
Open each section and work through the numbered requirements. All three items must feel like one brand system.
AOne-page brand kitRequired · not scored separatelySee moreSee less
Use a Canva template to put these items on one page.
- 01
Logo
- Use the supplied Nangelas Kitchen logo.
- 02
Colours + codes
- Orange and black, as requested. Use supporting tones from the supplied logo where useful.
- 03
Heading + body fonts
- Choose simple, readable heading and body fonts.
- 04
Imagery direction
- Curate a few images that show the photography or visual style that fits this business. Add them to the same brand kit page. No menu, prices or offers were supplied. You may use realistic editable placeholder prices or offers if needed for the mockup. Do not invent health or performance claims.
If a logo is missing, create a simple business-name treatment in Canva. If brand guidelines are supplied, use the approved logo, colours and fonts from those guidelines.

Rules for every team
- Use Canva and Canva AI.
Build everything in Canva. If you use AI for images, text or your page, use Canva AI only. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI platforms are not allowed for the challenge.
- Adapt your templates.
Change the content and design to fit your business. An unchanged template, or a template with only the name changed, can lead to disqualification. Keep any supplied brand colours, fonts and logo that the brief asks you to use.
- Keep your working files.
Keep editable Canva designs and screenshots of key steps. Judges may ask a team member to show how the work was created.
- Submit one flyer.
Use 1080 × 1350 px. Only the first flyer shown in your submission is judged.
- Use the business information provided.
Write your own copy using the business facts provided. If a detail is needed to make the design feel complete and the business did not supply it, you may use realistic placeholder content such as a date, time, price, offer or contact detail. The business can edit these later. Do not contradict supplied information, ignore an explicit restriction, or present invented customer testimonials or performance claims as real. Use supplied photos, images from the business’s linked social pages or suitable Canva visuals. Do not present generated images as the business’s actual products or work.
- Work together and submit on time.
All three items are required: brand kit, landing page and flyer. The briefing is separate from your two-hour build. Any extra time, up to 30 minutes, must be announced for everyone.
